Ridgewood, NJ: Front Entrance Renovation—Bluestone Paver Patio Porch & Walkway
RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Grasskeepers Landscaping recently completed a full renovation of the front porch patio and walkway for a residence in Bergen County, New Jersey. The initial construction phase included demolition and disposal of the existing concrete front porch and walkway. After demolition, our professional landscape construction crew inspected the subgrade to ensure proper compaction of the soil. The soil compaction is important because the porch foundation must be stable to support the new bluestone paver patio. MIraDRAIN and waterproofing were recommended to be installed on the foundation for drainage and protection from water that can damage the foundation. The project was a great success with a beautiful finished product.
